Outcasts Killer Hijinks With Maria, Caitriona, and Ed.

What a great madcap team Tim Downie and David Berry have become with this podcast! If you are still Droughtlandering along, stop, listen to these!

Great fun as Tim and David invite guests to pick a favorite scene and have them play the parts. Tim is so great at mangling the Scottish accent, and David Berry loves playing female characters. With great insight with each actor on their own character. So, go in deep for the silly dive.

We’re still waiting for Duncan, sigh.

Duncan Lacroix is Hitting The Books Again and Gave Update on WW Autographs!

IMG_4967

I was awakened by a Duncan Lacroix bling (Instagram, he is only on Instagram) on the phone in the wee hours today. It appears that great knowledge is coming forth from his next term at Open University. What major do you think he is in? He already holds degrees in Drama and Theatre Studies of course at Roehampton Institute in London and Masters at The National University of Ireland in Galway. A second Bachelor’s in Philosophy or Graduate Studies in Mayhem? I’m going with the later.

What was even better was I actually was one of the first to respond and asked that question that has been nagging at us since May: Where are the photos and did he get them from Wizard World finally? Yep, a few days back they arrived. So if you too have been biting your nails, at least they finally got to him. So add in COVID delivery from the UK and his signing them all, maybe the end of September? If the USPS is still in operation. So, hope your day is a bit brighter “knowing” along with Duncan.

Thanks, mate!

Outlander End of Summer Series Episode 1 – Book Corner Replay

If you missed the Maril Davis and Diana Gabaldon live episode on the new Outlander Collector’s four-week broadcast debut, here it is. Great fun with insights on book and series considerations, book 9 “Go Tell Tthe Bees That I Am Gone” fact check on release dates, and yes Diana is plugging away despite an arm injury. And touching on the change of costume designers. Maril and Diana discuss first meetings and that Jamie’s ghost thing.  Make yourself a thick slice of peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

There is also a sneak peek at the Outlander Untold series included in the Collectors Edition. This one features Murtagh and Ulysses in a tête-à-tête.

Enjoy. Mark your calendars for next Sunday’s installment on Outlander Collector’s Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheOutlanderCollector/videos/?ref=page_internal

Outlander Season 5

The fifth season of Outlander sees a continuation of Claire and Jamie’s fight to protect those they love, as they navigate the trials and tribulations of life in colonial America. The Frasers strive to flourish within a society which is unwittingly marching towards Revolution, and Jamie must now defend the home they have built together at Fraser’s Ridge while Claire seeks to put her own skills and medical expertise to use in keeping her family together and safe from harm. Meanwhile, Brianna and Roger MacKenzie struggle to find their respective places in this world and chase away the shadow cast over their lives by Stephen Bonnet as they raise their son in this brave new world. For the Frasers and their family, “home” is more than simply a site in which they live, it is the place in which they are laying the foundations for the rest of their lives…
